Kerala Local Government and Service Delivery Project (KLGSDP), an external aided project (EAP), envisages establishment of a Decentralization Analysis Cell (DAC) in Gulati Institute for Finance and Taxation (GIFT), Thiruvananthapuram. In order to establish and staff the DAC in GIFT, the project proposes to engage following individual experts /specialists for the purposes and periods noted below.
1.Position: - Deputy Director, DataNumber of  Vacancies : - ONE

Essential Qualifications:- Doctorate  in Economics, with statistics as one of the subjects at graduate/PG level or Doctorate in Statistics with Economics as one of the subjects at graduate/PG level or Doctorate in Decentralisation /Local Governance/Local Government Finance/ Public Finance/Public Administration.

Experience:-  10 years’ of professional/academic experience in the collection, collation and analysis of fiscal, financial and social data in LSG/Government environment out of which 5 years must be in data management systems or research planning or management in Governance environment.

Remuneration:- Rs.45,000 (Monthly Consolidated)

Age Limit: - Below 45 years. Will be relaxed up to 5 years in deserving cases

2 Position: - Deputy Director (Policy Advisor)

Essential Qualification:- Doctorate  in Economics, with statistics as one of the subjects at graduate/PG level or Doctorate in Statistics with Economics as one of the subjects at graduate/PG level or Doctorate in Decentralisation /Local Governance/Local Government Finance/ Public Finance/Public Administration.

In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system  of medicine.
